My stay at the hotel was delightful with well-equipped rooms, although mine overlooked the car park rather than the gardens. The service was friendly and helpful overall, despite a lack of apology for a payment error. The location was spacious and had lovely outdoor seating options. The dining experience was decent, albeit a bit chaotic. The facilities were good, but the extractor system starting early was a minor inconvenience.

Staying at the hotel before my daughter's wedding at nearby Brympton House was just perfect for us and our dog. The beautiful gardens were an added bonus. The room was spacious enough for all of us to stay comfortably.
